Performed research in the Performance and Algorithms division seeking to develop and improve super computer parameter searches through the parallelization and finetuning of Bayesian Optimization. I extended previous work on the GPTune package.

Provided guidance and hands-on assistance to Van Andel Medical Institute on a HPC research project which accelerated biological image analysis by up to 10,000x on large scale images. The project I led was recently published in IEEE CIBCB 2023.
